I know of Amikam Yas'ur, an Israeli poet and writer who through years worked as a librarian at the Pevsner public library in Haifa. Amikam does not have a Wikipedia page and most of the available info about him is in Hebrew. The most reliable thing is a search at the library catalogue of the Haifa.
